Tornyosnémeti / Milhosť border

The Tornyosnémeti / Milhosť border crossing is open 24/7 within the Schengen Area with no permanent checks — most of the time you'll pass through without stopping. Random document checks do happen occasionally, so always carry a valid ID card or passport.

In the extremely rare event of a longer wait, we have a backup route via Slovenské Nové Mesto, which extends the journey by at most 30 minutes.
