No. Payments are made online through Comgate (card) at the time of booking. The driver does not accept money — for security reasons.
Yes, in line with the Terms of Carriage (Art. 3). For cancellations more than 48 h before departure the fee is €5 per person (including VAT); less than 48 h before departure it is 100%.
The price is per direction; for a return booking each journey is priced separately, but both are in a single booking.
Standard use is included in the price. Excessive soiling (alcohol, food, biological) is charged at €100 / €300 depending on the extent — see the Add-on price list for details.
