How quickly do I get my booking confirmation?
You click “Pay” — and now what? Did it go through? Do I have a ticket? We know the feeling, which is why booking confirmation is set up so you never have to wait. In this article we walk through what happens right after payment, which e-mails you receive, how close to departure you can still book and which currency you pay in.
The confirmation arrives immediately after payment
Your transfer booking is confirmed automatically the moment your online payment goes through — no manual approval involved. Within a few minutes you will find two messages in your inbox:
- Booking confirmation with your ticket — date, departure time, route, number of passengers and the amount paid. It serves as your travel document.
- Boarding-point details — the exact address with photos, so you find the meeting point first time, even at night.
There is no need to print the ticket — showing it to the driver on your phone is enough. If you prefer paper, the e-mail prints cleanly.
How close to departure can I book?
Online booking stays open until 60 minutes before the scheduled departure. After that the departure closes in the system, so dispatch has a reliable passenger list and the driver knows exactly who to expect.

Which currency do I pay in?
All prices on the site and the payment itself are in euros (EUR). You pay online by card through the secure Comgate gateway — the same technology used by thousands of European e-shops.
Is your card issued in another currency — forints, zloty or pounds? No problem: it works normally and your bank converts the amount at its current exchange rate. If you have a EUR card, we recommend using it to avoid your bank’s conversion margin.
No e-mail? Check these three things
- Spam / Promotions folder — automated e-mails sometimes land there, especially in Gmail.
- A typo in the address — one swapped letter and the confirmation goes elsewhere.
- Payment status — if the payment was not completed (bank window closed), the booking stays unpaid and no confirmation is sent.
